Hi, I’m Holly and I’m renowned for high intensity, energetic, powerful classes, specialising in HIIT training and S&C.
As a huge sports enthusiast, I’ve competed all throughout my school and university years in all sports but played lacrosse for both Cheshire and Lancashire as well as spending over 20 years competing across the UK with horses.
Before taking the plunge and launching my fitness career, I worked for Very (Shop Direct) for 7 years but since I left, I’ve never looked back.
Since then, I have gone on to own a gym for 3 years which specialised in hot classes and group training of up to 50 girls per class before I moved over to online in early 2020.
I was the first HIIT instructor in Liverpool to teach in heat taking 40 girls for a class and I’ve trained many women throughout their pregnancy - some right up until their due date.
One of the biggest things that I’m most proud of is raising over £40k for charity.
This included the 2020 lockdown (14 weeks) where we did live workouts (and is where we first got the idea for POW8R from), we raised over £10,000 for the NHS.
I also raised £15,000 for Alder Hey by doing a year full of challenges including marathons, 3 peaks, events, cycling Vietnam to Cambodia and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
Callum and I both have a huge passion for helping others this is why we started Pow8r.
We love watching people grow in themselves and become the best versions of themselves.

Hi, I'm Callum and I'm known for my high energy circuit classes (consistently 50-70 people attending) & also for my client results.
I started my working life as a brick layer at the age of 16 and when I was around 25 I suffered a serious knee injury playing football which led me on a path of self-development.
I ended up quitting my job and choosing a career where I could do something I’ve always had a passion & skill for; helping & bringing out the best in others.
After 3 years I made the leap into online coaching once my business was at full capacity and I was one of the first coaches in Liverpool to take my business online.
A highlight of my career so far was raising over £20k for charity - carrying out live workouts to raise money for the NHS during the first Lockdown of 2020 and another raising funds for Christmas presents for less fortunate children and families in the City.
I've always had a huge passion for sport, especially football where my leadership skills were often picked up on and I was awarded captaincy of most of the teams I represented from a young age.
Personal Training has changed my life & given me the platform to help transform others lives all over the world (a lot I’ll never even meet) that’s something I’m massively grateful for & something that motivates me daily.
Holly and I are passionate about making exercise a LIFESTYLE - something that you can sustain 12 months a year. Exercise doesn’t have to be about just weight loss & body image.

Hi, I’m Faye and I’m passionate about making Yoga accessible for everyone.
I work with everyone from mums to be through to professional athletes and organisations, including Liverpool Football Club, Everton Football Club and the Steven Gerrard Academy.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 7 years and cater for all levels and abilities; my classes range from strong, dynamic and energising all the way through to slow, meditative and introspective.
I undertook my introduction to Yoga training in India, which was one of the most magical experiences of my life. From there, I went on to become an assistant teacher on the Teacher Training program at my yoga school, Kranti Yoga.
Since then, my further training has been physiotherapy led, allowing me to bring the most recent and up to date teaching to my students, along with the traditional aspects of Yoga.
I’m trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pre & Post Natal Yoga & Pilates, Pilates on the mat and Pilates Reformer.
Aside from Yoga, I love S&C, running and weightlifting, and I firmly believe in combining the best parts of all of these disciplines for optimum health, fitness and well-being.
I design my classes to combine traditional yoga poses along with functional movements which means my sessions are highly accessible and you can choose the best option for your body.
